Biljana Mirceva built this work from a question that would not leave her alone. After years as a Quality Management expert, investigating nonconformity cases, mapping systemic failure, tracing the precise moments where human decisions went wrong, she kept finding the same thing at the root. Not carelessness. Not incompetence. Biology under pressure.

She trained in neuroscience-based coaching, somatic intelligence, and leadership development not to add a credential, but to build a methodology that addressed what she kept seeing. The gap between how leaders appear to perform and how their nervous systems are actually operating.

She is the creator of The Leadership Lattice Method™ and the author of Leadership Rooted in Wellbeing, a monthly LinkedIn newsletter at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership science, and the biological reality of what it takes to lead well over time.
